Forum hiện lỗi JavaScript Console khi xóa hoặc sửa bài

Forum của người bạn (đang chạy Xen 1.1.3) hiện đang bị lỗi này mà không biết nó bị lỗi gì, bạn nào biết xin chỉ giúp, lỗi này tìm thấy cũng có nhiều người hỏi mà chưa thấy câu trả lời chính xác nhất (tìm hiểu sơ sơ thì nghi là do sever, k biết phải k): Tắt hết Addon cũng vậy.

Khi thực hiện các thao tác sửa,xóa, đăng bài, thoát nick, hay làm gì nó điều hiện ra cái popup thông báo "
The server responded with an error. The error message is in the JavaScript console."

Và 1 lỗi nữa là hay hiện các thông báo này ở trên đầu:
